Q: What is Mach 3 COMPLETE FUEL TREATMENT?
A: Mach 3 COMPLETE FUEL TREATMENT (Mach 3) is a bulk fuel additive that
blends with regular grade gasoline, diesel, marine or jet fuel to enhance
fuel mileage, reduce hydrocarbon emissions and increase vehicle performance.
It is a combustion enhancer which means that it helps create a more complete
burn of the fuel you.
Q: How do I get Mach 3 into the fuel tank?
A: Remove the gas cap and pour one ounce of Mach 3 directly into the fuel
tank for every 10 gallons of fuel.
Q: How is Mach 3 different from typical gas
additive products on the market?
A: Mach 3 works the same way as the traditional additive, it costs less
and is more convenient. About 90% of the typical additive is formulated
with special carrier fluids and 10% or less is the active ingredient.
Mach 3 is formulated with all active ingredients, and is also much more
environmentally friendly.
Q: What benefit can I expect from using Mach
3?
A: A major benefit, and of primary importance to most customers, is the
immediate increase in power and fuel economy due to the increase in octane.
The typical octane improvement is in the range of 1 to 3 numbers, but
this of course depends on the fuel used. Some people report immediate
improvement in performance. Others comment on improved fuel economy. Mach
3 also replaces lead protection, removes combustion chamber deposits and
reduces smoke. It is important to note that the results will vary, depending
on a number of factors, including the condition of the car, the quality
of fuel, driving conditions, etc.
Q: How often should I use Mach 3 in my car?
A: For optimal benefit, Mach 3 should be used with every fill-up. This
will increase the octane which provides power, will reduce smoke and emissions
and keep your engine clean.
Q: I have an SUV with a large capacity fuel
tank. How many ounces of Mach 3 should I use with each fill-up?
A: For every 10 gallons of fuel, add one ounce of Mach 3 per fill-up.
As an example, for a 30 gallon fill-up, add 3 ounces.
Q: If I do not fill the tank completely full,
is it still safe to add one cap full? Will the Mach 3 still work?
A: The tank does not have to be completely full, but the ideal ratio is
one ounce of Mach 3 for 10 gallons of fuel. The dosage does not have to
be exact. Mach 3 will blend in a small amount of fuel, but we recommend
not adding one to less than 5 gallons. We also do not recommend adding
more than one ounce of Mach 3 per 10gallons of fuel, although it will
cause no harm, it would just be wasteful.
Q: I have a classic car (1947 Ford Pickup) that
requires leaded gasoline. If I add Mach 3 with every fill-up, do I still
need to use a liquid lead substitute?
A: No. Mach 3 completely replaces the typical lead substitute that you
would purchase to add at each fill-up. By the way, antique/vintage car
owners are some of our most loyal customers, because Mach 3 adds octane
as well as the protection of lead. They love this product!
Q: What is the shelf life of Mach 3?
A: Mach 3 can be stored for 3 years.
Q: Are any special storage conditions required
for Mach 3?
A: Some of our customers store the unused Mach 3 in the locked glove box
or trunk of the car. External temperatures will not have any effect on
the shelf life, and Mach 3 will not deteriorate in cold or warm conditions.
Wherever you decide to store
Q: Does Mach 3 reduce emissions, and if so,
do you guarantee that my 1988 Chevy Station Wagon will pass the California
emissions test if I use it?
A: Well maybe, Mach 3 reduces emissions in most cars, but the reduction
levels depend on the condition of the car to begin with and the fuel used.
However, we do not guarantee your car will pass the test. There are many
factors that can influence the outcome.
Q: Is Mach 3 safe for catalytic converters?
A: Yes. It is tested for compatibility with all automotive components,
including catalytic converters and oxygen sensors.
Q: Can I use Mach 3 for my motorcycle?
A: Yes. In order to do so use only 1/2 ounce per tank of regular gasoline.
Q: Can Mach 3 be used for other types of gas-powdered
engines?
A: Absolutely! For smaller capacity gas tanks, like chainsaws, lawnmowers
and weed-eaters, we recommend 1/2 ounce per tank of fuel. mach 3 can be
used in any gasoline, diesel, ethenol or propane engine. This includes
passanger vehicles, SUV's, pickups and light duty trucks, construction
equipment, farm equipment, service vehicles,
